The enquiry form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is writing.
Statistics without cookies
The site measures visits with DM Intelligence, a system that uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. The server records the page visited, where you came from, your country and your type of device. Your IP address is not stored: it is only used to compute a code that changes every day, so visits can be counted without recognising you from one day to the next. The data is processed by Deep Marketing Srl on the controller's behalf and stays on Cloudflare's servers.
During your visit the site remembers, in the browser tab's storage (_dcms_attr), which page or campaign brought you here, to understand which channel led to an enquiry. This information is deleted when you close the tab.
How to choose
The site uses no marketing or profiling cookies. The banner information can be reviewed at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
When you make a choice in the banner, the site records it so that it can be proven: a random code, the date, the language, the page and a fingerprint of your IP address instead of the address itself. The record is deleted after thirteen months.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, some parts of the site may not work.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, correct it, delete it or object to its processing, by writing to welcome@ilbelpoggiosutodi.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
